Time to hit the cardio! Let’s get our heart rates up to burn fat and finish off with a 20 minute walk. You can walk on a treadmill or outside! Your choice. Just make sure to keep a steady pace as you go.
Today we will be toning, sculpting and tighten- ing our arms, booty and abs.
