Week 4 is here! Let’s start this week off with an epic sweat! Crush this cardio workout and follow it up with a 20 minute walk. You can walk on a treadmill or outside. It’s up to you! Just make sure you keep a steady pace as you go.
Today we will be toning, sculpting and tightening our arms, booty and abs. Let it burn!
Time to hit the cardio! Let’s get our heart rates up to burn fat and finish off with a 30 min walk.
